How it works

  1. The customer tells you about the car

    They enter the VIN, the miles and answers to a few questions, on your website or from a QR code at your store. The page carries your dealership's name and colors.

  2. Your manager sets the offer

    You decide every number. TrueOffer doesn't price cars or suggest one.

  3. The customer sees what could change it

    Next to the offer is your price list: each thing that could lower it, with a dollar amount. The customer reads it before booking a time to come in.

  4. The visit follows the same list

    Whoever checks the car goes through the list with the customer, on a phone or computer. Anything not on the list needs a written reason, and the customer sees it.
